Position Description

iPullRank is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and execute on client web development as well as help with our internal marketing and product efforts. You’ll be building software, managing data, and helping us build our own internal applications in support of marketing work for our clients. You’ll work with our Content Team to implement creative website content and with our Analytics team to build out measurement implementation. You will work with our analysts to implement data-intensive solutions. We also want to support the person who becomes our developer to develop their own ideas for applications that contribute to the marketing community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build applications, websites and databases in support of client work and internal product initiatives
  • Optimize applications, websites and databases for maximum speed
  • Interface with client development teams to efficiently implement solutions
  • Stay current on emerging technologies
  • Implement tagging for cross-channel measurement plans
  • Work with Content Strategy to temper and translate content ideation into development plans
  • Contribute to new business through iPullRank inbound marketing efforts
  • Maintain and improve iPullRank’s website


  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (we are not considering recent grads of accelerator programs at this time)
  • An innate desire to build an enterprise and collaborate with a team of driven creatives
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
  • Expertise in multiple backend languages such as NodeJS, PHP and Ruby
  • Expertise in databases such as MySQL, PostgresSQL and MondoDB
  • Expertise with the LAMP Stack
  • MEAN Stack experience a plus
  • Proficiency in development for WordPress
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are a must
  • Experience exporting image slices with Adobe Photoshop
  • Enjoy the close collaboration and effective communication necessary to deliver best in class solutions for our clients
